BATHROOMS
- All tub, tile, and shower doors and shower walls are beautifully cleaned and disinfected.
- All toilet surfaces are cleaned and sanitized.
- Sinks and counters completely scrubbed.
- All chrome fixtures are shined.
- Mirrors are cleaned.
- Dusting of items in bathroom as needed.
- Window blinds are dusted.
- Baseboards are hand-washed.
- All doors, doorframes, cabinet fronts, and any additional woodwork is washed.
- Rugs are shaken out and/or vacuumed (depending on rug material).
- All interior windows are washed. Window frames and ledges are washed.
- Hard flooring is hand-washed and sanitized.
- Trash removed.
BEDROOMS
- All beds are made.
- Bed linens are changed upon request for a small additional fee.
- Dressers, wardrobes, and nightstands are dusted.
- Bedframes, cribs, and chairs are dusted.
- All lamps, including lamp bases and lampshades, are dusted.
- Woodwork, doorframes, doorknobs, and switch plates are dusted.
- Wall décor, picture frames, and other décor items, electrical devices, etc. are dusted.
- Floors are vacuumed and/or swept and mopped.
- Windows and windowsills are dusted and cleaned.
- Window blinds are dusted.
- Baseboards are dusted.
- Trash is emptied.
- Mirrors are cleaned.
KITCHEN
- Entire stove top and exterior range hood is completely degreased.
- Interior and exterior of microwave is cleaned.
- Exteriors of all large appliances are cleaned.
- Interior appliance cleaning is available for an additional fee.
- Countertops are cleaned and sanitized.
- Sinks thoroughly scrubbed and disinfected.
- Fronts of all cabinets are washed.
- Woodwork and switch plates are dusted and cleaned.
- Baseboards are dusted.
- Window blinds are dusted.
- Dining table and chairs are dusted and cleaned.
- All hard flooring cleaned and sanitized, all rugs vacuumed or shaken out, depending on rug material.
- Kitchen trash and recycling removed to outside cans.
ALL AREAS
- Dry dusting of the entire home, wet dusting where needed, including reachable ceiling fans.
- Stairs are vacuumed and/or swept and cleaned.
- All reachable baseboards will be dusted.
- Air vents will be dusted.
- Seating furniture cushions are straightened, along with pillows and throw blankets.
- All readily accessible flooring will be swept/vacuumed/mopped.
- All easily accessible interior windows, glass doors, window frames, and window ledges will be cleaned.
- Window blinds are dusted.
- Doors, doorframes, window ledges, and other woodwork are dusted.
- All trash and recycling in home removed to outside cans.
- Furniture is vacuumed upon request for a small additional fee.
